Return Window
Returns must be shipped back within 7 business days of submitting a return request.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags attached
• In original clear garment bag with SKU sticker
• Free from perfume, deodorant, or any stains

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items
• Items that do not meet the above criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or declined

How to Return

1. Email us at support@flowycomfort.com with your order number
2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number
3. Include the Return Authorization Number with your return
4. Ship items to:

Processing Time
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
